Who is Salesupply?
Salesupply is a global e-commerce organization that provides more than 500 online brands and retailers with access to a worldwide network of fulfillment centers across Europe, North America, and Asia. Additionally, Salesupply operates multilingual call centers across three time zones, enabling us to support and relieve our clients wherever they are located.
You will work within a dynamic team of nine colleagues. This IT department consists of a development team responsible for internal applications and integrations and a support team that manages both internal and external applications, as well as the IT infrastructure. Together within the IT department, we are building a future-proof SaaS environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working within an organization that helps online retailers grow internationally and achieve profits efficiently and quickly with relatively low investment. Through our innovative IT platform, you will support over 350 companies in industries such as sports, automotive, and technology. You will work on developing and managing integrations with platforms such as webshops, marketplaces, ERP systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Your job is to ensure these integrations are stable, scalable, and future-proof.
Part of your tasks are:
- Develop and manage new integrations using APIs, EDI messages, and other common integration methods;
- Work on stable, scalable, and future-proof integrations with new systems in a generic way;
- Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions;
- Optimize existing integrations;
- Contribute ideas for improving integration strategies;
- Work closely with the development team.
What do you bring?
- Extensive experience with PHP and the Laravel framework;
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce, APIs, EDI messages, and other integration protocols;
- Relevant experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and e-commerce logistics;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to independently implement integrations;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions;
- Experience working in a team and managing complex connections between different systems.
