Salesupply is seeking an Account Manager Logistics to support our team by managing budgets, optimizing international logistics operations, and driving commercial success through strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Development
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the logistics sector;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and logistics partners;
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop upsell and cross-sell strategies;
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction evaluations and proactively address improvement areas.
Commercial Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor contractual agreements, SLAs, and logistics-related KPIs;
- Analyze customer performance and advise on fulfillment process optimizations;
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and fulfillment partners;
- Track market developments and contribute to the company’s logistics strategy.
Implementation & Optimization of Fulfillment Processes
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new clients into the logistics and fulfillment network;
- Work closely with operational teams and IT to ensure smooth logistics processes;
- Monitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks in the supply chain;
- Develop and implement scalability and efficiency improvements within the international fulfillment network.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships within logistics and fulfillment;
- Advise clients on international logistics strategies, cross-border expansion, and supply chain efficiency;
- Represent the company at international logistics events, trade fairs, and networking meetings.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare periodic reports on client performance, revenue, and logistics efficiency;
- Interpret logistics data and translate insights into strategic recommendations;
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve both operational and commercial objectives.
What You Bring to the role
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least two years of relevant experience in logistics, fulfillment, or contract logistics;
- Experience in budget management and performance tracking in a logistics environment;
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and work efficiently under pressure;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially within the logistics sector;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus;
- Knowledge of cross-border logistics, supply chain management, and fulfillment operations is a strong advantage.
