Personal
development
As an employee, you are at the start of your career with us. We think it is important that you discover where your strengths lie and what you are looking for in your work, now and in the future. Salesupply continues to grow, so there are more and more development opportunities. Of course, we think alongside you and together we can discuss what you need, to get the best out of yourself.
Equality
The basis for us is that everyone is equal and that you can be yourself. We think it is important that you are in the right place within our organization. Mutual respect and being open to the opinions and personalities of others are central to this. Know that you can talk to anyone, we have an informal culture and the door is always open.
Innovative
We believe in new ideas and together you achieve more than when you're alone. That is why we like it when you dare to think outside the box and share your opinions and insights with us. This can be about our services, but also about how we work as an organisation. Only then can we continue to grow as quickly and efficiently as possible. Making decisions and taking risks is a big part of how we work.
Pleasure
Fun connects and gives energy and meaning to what we do, with each other and for each other. You often spend more time with colleagues than with your family or friends, so we want you to feel at home in the workplace. A chat about your holiday or memorable night out, a listening ear if you want to tell your story and a drink to end the week. All important! We love a party, so we regularly organize a BBQ, Christmas drinks or other outings.
Royals trip
Salesupply has offices in Europe and abroad. We therefore only speak to many of our colleagues online, but in June 2022 we were given the unique opportunity to meet. We were invited to the Salesupply Royals trip under the Spanish sun! Because how do you get to know your colleagues better than in an informal atmosphere while enjoying a snack and a drink? At the airport of MalagĆ” we gathered with all colleagues from our 8 offices to finally meet everyone in real life. With more than 50 colleagues we continued our way to a beautiful castle on top of a mountain. Here we ate, toasted and had a fantastic stay. Have breakfast in the morning while enjoying the sun and the view over the mountains, sail with a catamaran on the Mediterranean Sea, party at the white party until the last hours, relax at the beach club and sail with jet skis all afternoon. How cool was this trip! We were treated like real Royals! After 4 days we said goodbye to each other, but we made memories for life. Together we are one big Salesupply family, will you join us?OUR COLLEAGUES

Why did you start working at Salesupply?
I've been working in e-commerce for years, it's challenging and continuously growing. Within Salesupply I was given the opportunity to set up new portals.
What do you do in your spare time?
Where it used to be a lot of traveling and enjoying fun outings, it is now a lot of Netflix and walking. Furthermore, I am a clichƩ developer who likes to work on his own projects in his spare time to get to know all developments and to be able to try them out.
